王海春，副总经理，高级工程师，注册建造师。负责公司项目工程进度、质量、 成本的目标控制和流程控制工作。近20年室内设计装饰经验，对办公空间的设计效果有着独到的见解，对施工工艺精益求精。

Mr. Chris Wang is our Founder and Senior Manager. He is a Registered Construction Engineer and Senior Engineer. At our office, he is responsible for overall quality control, cost control, and technical aspects of all projects. He has over 20 years of engineering experience, possesses a sophisticated view of interior architecture, and is demanding and precise in his own work and review of all company production.

贺清平先生，设计总监。擅长用现代简约的美学精神展开空间多维描述，以克制与平衡的手法、表像和内在的矛盾统一来表现丰富而纯粹的设计本质。他认为设计师思维是感性与理性的结合，设计工作实际是表里不一的呈现。他喜欢用设计语汇解构空间内涵，并执着于将设计演绎到极致，屡创精彩的设计佳作。

Mr. Qingping He,  Design Director. Good at using modern concise aesthetic spirit to develop multi-dimensional description of space. The technique of restraint and balance.Conflict and Unity between Appearance and Inherence.Used to express the rich and pure nature of design.He thinks that the designer's thinking is the combination of sensibility and rationality.The design work is actually a manifestation of inconsistency.He likes to use design vocabulary to deconstruct spatial connotation.Persistence in deducing design to the extreme. Has created many excellent design works. 

Claire 何女士，高级主案设计师。设计注重细节的创意与巧思、中西文化的交融，多年的创作，使其涉猎广泛，设计风格多元化。能恰如其分的站在使用者的角度，平衡美学与功能的贯穿，为空间注入独特的魅力。一开一合，一枯一荣，皆来源于自然，其设计理念是创作自由释放的空间，让自然与生活完美的融合，还原生活的本质。自然不朽，灵感就会不断，打造更多经典且精致的空间，已成为其生活的一部分，正所谓：艺术是我的，好的设计需要被所有人感知。

赵琦女士， 创意总监，高级工程师。赵琦女士在艺术创意方面，其设计作品及设计理论研究曾屡获国内设计大赛奖项。北京市建筑设计研究院多年从业经历，为其打下深厚的项目管理及技术经验基础，具备大型公建类项目主案设计及专业负责人经验。曾在国家部委级项目中，担任主案设计及室内设计专业负责人，具备国宾级接待空间设计经验。近年主研办公及商业空间类设计，并屡获国内及国际知名设计奖项。此外，其对医疗科技类空间设计，也具有自己独到的见解，及丰富的设计实践。与其他设计师不同的是，其曾跨界兼任全国知名企业品牌企划总监。擅长从品牌商业策划高度，结合空间艺术设计，为客户全方位策划、设计及打造适合其品牌发展战略及品牌文化的办公及商业空间环境。

Ms. Audrey Zhao, Senior Engineer (Beijing HSD). Ms. Zhao Qi has won many awards in domestic design competitions for her design works and theoretical research in the field of artistic creativity. Ms. Zhao's many years of experience in the Beijing Architectural Design Institute has provided her with a strong foundation of project management and technical experience, as well as experience as a principal designer and professional in charge of large-scale public construction projects.  She has served as the principal designer and interior design professional responsible for projects of national ministries and commissions, and has experience in the design of reception spaces for state guests. In recent years, he has specialized in the design of office and commercial spaces, and has won a number of national design awards. In addition, he also has his own unique insights and rich design practice in medical technology space design.    Unlike other designers, he has worked as a director of brand planning for a nationally recognized company. Ms. Zhao is good at planning, designing and creating office and commercial space environments suitable for brand development strategy and brand culture from the height of brand business planning, combined with spatial art design.
